Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all sun-protective clothing and accessories retain their original labels and hygienic liners.
Download and Attach Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized postal drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
